What are Karaglen SuperSpar's trading hours?

We are open Monday to Saturday from 7am to 8pm and on Sunday’s and public holidays from 8am to 8pm.

Do we have an online ordering system?

Yes we do! We have our ORDER-COLLECT-PAY service that runs daily from 10am to 3pm. For more information CLICK HERE and to place an order CLICK HERE

What are the ORDER-COLLECT-PAY operating hours?

This service is available Monday to Sunday.

Orders will be processed from 10am until 3pm daily. Orders may be collected up until 5pm. Any orders that are not collected by 5pm on the day of order will be cancelled. Any orders placed after 3pm will only be available for collection on the following day.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Due to the demand for this service, we require your order to be a minimum of R250 and if it is not, it will be cancelled.

When will I get my order?

We are working under pressure in unprecedented times with our staff under tremendous strain and pressure. We do try our best to get orders packed and ready within a 4 hour turn around time, however the amount and size of orders already queued affect this. Once the order is packed and ready you will be notified.

Will I get everything I ordered?

We endeavor to supply as much as we can from your order. Pricing and stock is subject to what is available in store. Items that are out of stock are not charged for. The store has the right to substitute the items that are out of stock. 

Are there any banned products during lockdown?

Under the Adjusted Level 3 Lockdown restrictions, alcohol is not available for purchase

What is our refund policy?

Goods will be refunded or exchanged, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act. All returns must be done within seven (7) days from date of purchase and the original till slip must be presented. Returned goods must be in the original packaging and in its original condition. No returns will be accepted if there’s any tampering suspected, or if there’s any health risk or contravention of health and food safety. Final decision on returns rests with management.

What payment options are there?

Payment for your order will be required in full when you collect. Debit and credit card payments only, no cash.

Can I order Perishables?

If you have ordered any perishable items, when you receive your notification that your order is ready for collection, please collect as soon as possible.

Can I add on to my order before I have collected?

We currently cannot process ‘add on’ orders. All additional orders will be processed as a new order and minimum spend will apply.
