Ingredients
- 1 kilogram beef mince
- 1 PnP onion, grated
- 125 ml bread crumbs
- 15 ml Robertsons spice for mince
- 15 ml Robertsons thyme
- 1 extra large PnP egg
Instructions
Mix by hand 1 kg Beef Mince, 1 grated Onion, 125 ml Bread
Crumbs, 15 ml each of Robertsons Spice for Mince and
Robertsons Thyme and 1 Egg
Roll palm-size patties, flatten and refrigerate.
Braai over medium to hot coals.
Serves 6 to 8.
